Umdali Civils resulted from a collaboration in July 2022 between two well established civil construction companies namely CMP BEE Civil Engineering and Rea Dira Projects.
Umdali Civils is a 100% female equity civil engineering entity with experience in the construction industry.
Due to the experience attained by management Umdali Civils is capable of handling a wide diversity of construction projects. We specialize in construction of roads, sewer, water, storm water reticulation and subsoil. Our service range is typically throughout South Africa.

Umdali Civils was formed in December 2009 with the initiative and co-operation between Clear Mandate Properties t/a CMP Civils CC and Motsitle Mining and Suppliers (Pty) Ltd, since its inception the close corporation has matured into a successful and dependable construction enterprise with experience in all types of construction projects.

Rea Dira Projects was formed in the year 1998 by five (05) unemployed graduates as a response to the dire unemployment rate affecting them at the time. The difficult business environment led to the other members being pressurised into seeking formal employment and thus leaving only one member to grow the business. Though incorporated in 1998, the business only got awarded its first project in 2001. Currently led by Z.S. Ndlovu, the company has grown in leaps and bounds.
It has had its fair share of challenges in the cut throat construction industry and is now poised for further growth into the second decade of its existence. Rea Dira Projects is a 100% black owned business operating in the various provinces of South Africa. Our strength lies in our ability to adapt quickly to the environments within which we are from time to time expected to perform in.
