Umdali Civils is a 100% female equity civil engineering entity with experience in the
construction industry. Due to the experience attained by management Umdali Civils is capable of
handling a wide diversity of construction projects. We specialize in construction of roads, sewer,
water, storm water reticulation and subsoil. Our service range is typically throughout South Africa.

On 21st July 2022 Mrs. N.R. Ndlovu obtained the majority shareholding of CMP BEE Civil
Engineering which resulted in a name change to Umdali Civils in August 2022.
Former CMP BEE Civil Engineering was formed in December 2009 with the initiative and co-operation
Clear between Mandate Properties t/a CMP Civils CC and Motsitle Mining and Suppliers (Pty) Ltd, since
its inception. The close corporation has matured into a successful and dependable construction
enterprise with experience in all types of construction projects.
